In addition, the system incorporates an intelligent four-axis robotic unit, enabling automatic path optimization and collision avoidance. This significantly improves workflow continuity while eliminating process delays.
Leveraging a closed-loop insertion process combined with a precision clamping and alignment mechanism, the equipment enables the one-time, high-accuracy insertion of fully formed coils into stator core slots.
