CHCD Advances Aluminum Hairpin Motor Project into Validation Stage

CHCD has recently completed the assembly phase of a new aluminum hairpin motor project developed in collaboration with the Chenzhi Innovation Institute for a strategic customer. The project has now officially entered the testing and validation stage.

The successful launch of the prototype marks another important step in CHCD’s expansion into next-generation new energy motor technologies. Throughout the development process, engineering teams from multiple departments worked closely on technical reviews, design optimization, prototype manufacturing, and validation planning to ensure both efficiency and product reliability.

Particular attention was placed on manufacturing precision, process consistency, and quality control during the prototype stage. By implementing full-process quality management and continuous process refinement, the team successfully addressed several technical challenges related to aluminum winding motor applications.

As global demand for lightweight and high-efficiency electric drive systems continues to grow, aluminum hairpin motors are becoming an increasingly important direction for future EV powertrain development. The project also demonstrates CHCD’s growing in-house R&D and manufacturing capability in the field of new energy rotating electrical systems.

Moving forward, CHCD will continue advancing testing and validation work while further optimizing product performance and production processes. The company aims to strengthen its technological foundation in new energy motor systems and accelerate the development of high-quality core components for the evolving electric mobility market.
