CHCD Holds Meeting on New Energy Motor Supply Assurance

Recently, CHCD held a special meeting to deploy work on new energy motor supply assurance for the second half of 2025.

The meeting pointed out that the current sales of new energy motors are experiencing explosive growth, which has effectively promoted the achievement of the company’s annual goals and fully demonstrated the strategic results of the company’s continuous efforts in the new energy motor field over the past three years, interpreting the fruitful results of unswervingly pursuing the path of independent innovation and self-reliance in science and technology.

The meeting clarified the work objectives for new energy motor supply and made arrangements for the next steps.

  • Adhere to the principle of lean management and maximise existing production capacity
Strengthen on-site management of new energy production lines and strictly prohibit the random placement of products. Continue to implement the single-piece flow production model to minimise process waiting times, effectively eliminate productivity losses caused by repeated handling of products and tools, and significantly improve overall efficiency.

  • Enhance the ability to address critical process and technical issues
Conduct specialised research and development efforts targeting new product debugging and efficiency improvements in critical processes. Fully leverage the mentoring role of technical experts. Strengthen communication and collaboration with production departments to ensure that technical improvement plans are swiftly implemented in actual production, thereby enhancing product quality and production efficiency.

  • Strengthen a holistic perspective and accelerate the advancement of new capacity construction projects
Reasonably allocate production tasks across all production lines, establish detailed task allocation plans for each line, and ensure the maximisation of production capacity across all lines. Accelerate the construction of new production capacity to ensure the timely completion of the first batch of new equipment and tooling manufacturing tasks.

  • Strengthen quality control and safety supervision
Strengthen quality control throughout the product supply process and safety supervision, adhering to the principle of ‘balancing both tasks without neglecting either,’ to ensure all tasks are completed to high standards and quality.

  • Boost morale and create a positive work environment
Carefully organise and conduct special labour competitions and new market-oriented incentive projects, striving to create a positive work environment that encourages initiative and innovation, and effectively stimulate the intrinsic motivation and enthusiasm of all staff members to take on challenges and achieve results.
