On 26 September 2025, CHCD convened a special meeting on the transformation of its electric drive business. Attended by company leadership, heads of departments and core technical teams, the meeting fostered consensus on achieving high-quality development for the electric drive business.
The meeting systematically reviewed the transformation journey of the electric drive business, acknowledging the achievements made in implementing the ‘Electric Drive Re-acceleration’ and ‘Electric Drive Doubling’ initiatives. It was noted that during the company’s ‘Supply Assurance Campaign’ for new energy motors, significant phased results have been attained. The core annual targets for electric drive business transformation are within reach, with both internal and external confidence in development continuing to strengthen.

Annual sales target: ‘Secure 500,000 units, strive for 1,000,000 units’
Comprehensively enhance quality across four domains: products, production lines, management, and operations
To achieve these objectives, the company has formulated a series of targeted measures:
1. Firmly establish a ‘customer-centric’ philosophy throughout the entire business chain;
2. Strengthen the exemplary role and capability development of management personnel, adopting a problem-oriented approach to resolve development challenges;
3. Concentrate efforts on overcoming technical bottlenecks in production lines, implementing closed-loop management through ledger systems;
4. Extend DN Centre’s production management expertise to enhance project efficiency;
5. Prioritise capacity upgrades and lean management by accelerating equipment retrofits and establishing high-standard modern benchmark production lines, while planning additional facilities as required;
6. Strengthen on-site 6S practices, process discipline and cost control to boost production efficiency;
7. Advance new project integration and existing project commissioning, horizontally deploying efficiency-enhancing methodologies from core initiatives;

Moving forward, the company will tackle development challenges with greater resolve and pragmatic measures, solidify its foundations, and strive to pioneer a new era of high-quality development in electric drive operations, thereby contributing to the advancement of the new energy vehicle industry.
