Since its formal establishment and commencement of operations in February 2025, the CHCD Innovation Research Institute Test Centre (hereinafter referred to as the Test Centre) has focused on building a common service platform for the Group. Prioritising testing and validation in key new energy sectors such as motor controllers, motor systems, domain controllers, and power supply products, it has achieved a series of breakthrough results, providing robust support for CHCD’s research and development innovation.
The Test Centre has now established five major testing capability sub-platforms: EMC, environmental reliability, powertrain systems, power semiconductors, and software/system validation. Spanning 4,600m², it houses over 50 sets of high-end testing equipment. In April 2025, the Test Centre released its ‘Test Capability Whitelist 1.0’, demonstrating 86 testing capabilities and offering comprehensive, high-quality testing services. To date, it has accumulated over 13,000 hours of testing duration.
EMC Laboratory
🔹Comprising four major testing zones: electrical load, electrostatic discharge, high current injection, and motor load anechoic chamber. It conducts testing services in accordance with international standards such as CSIPR25, ISO 11452, GB/T 18655, and other international and national standards. It covers products including electric drives, electronic controls, thermal management controllers, domain controllers, and integrated power supplies. To date, it has accumulated over 1,400 hours of operational time.

Environmental Reliability Laboratory
🔹Comprising three major test zones: a three-axis environmental test rig, a climatic environment test area, and a special environment test area. It conducts 18 test services including temperature operation, temperature-humidity cycling, ice water impact, three-axis vibration, and salt spray, adhering to standard methods such as ISO 16750, GB/T 28046, GB/T 18488. These services encompass thermal cycling, temperature-humidity cycling, ice-water shock, combined vibration, salt spray, and 18 other test protocols for products including electric drives, motors, BDC controllers, and integrated power supplies. To date, cumulative operation exceeds 7,200 hours.

Powertrain Testing Laboratory
🔹Comprising two major test facilities: the High-Speed Motor Test Bench and the EDS Matching Test Bench. Capable of delivering 30 testing services including speed-torque characteristics (efficiency), continuous power/torque, and peak power, adhering to standards such as GB/T 18488, GB/T 29307, and client-specific protocols. This covers products including motors, motor controllers, and power bricks. Notably, the high-speed motor test bench achieved a first-in-class measured speed of 25,000 rpm, supporting 1200V high voltage and 400kW power, compatible with both passenger and commercial vehicle electric drive testing. To date, it has accumulated over 3,500 hours of operation.

Power Semiconductor Laboratory
🔹Comprising two major testing zones for reliability and performance, it delivers 13 test services including static/dynamic parameter testing, thermal resistance testing, power cycling, and dynamic threshold drift testing (AC-BTI) per standards such as AQG324 and client specifications. This covers power semiconductor products like IGBTs and SiCs, while also providing robust support for PCB embedded module application technology development.

Software and System Verification Laboratory
🔹Equipped with seven devices including MCU HIL, VIU domain controller, thermal management HIL, integrated power HIL, and network testing. Provides software integration and qualified performance testing services for products such as motor controllers, power supplies, domain controllers, and thermal management controllers. To date, cumulative operational hours exceed 1,400.
