Recently, a three-member expert audit team from TUV Rheinland Certification Company carried out a three-day IATF16949:2016 supervision and audit on CHCD.
The audit was divided into two parts: on-site audit and data audit. The expert team conducted a professional review of CHCD’s finance, procurement, sales, design and R&D, manufacturing, experimental validation, quality management, cost management, human resources and other work in accordance with the requirements of IATF16949.
Through the audit, the expert group affirmed the achievements made by CHCD in product quality improvement in recent years, and that all the quality objectives can reach the standard and increase year by year; the enterprise management system is complete, and on the basis of meeting the requirements of the system, it has made adaptations according to the local conditions; the work related to product quality is in a state of control, and the production site and the production process have been effectively controlled, and it has the ability to meet the requirements and potential needs of the customers in a sustainable way.
All the work related to product quality is under control, and the production site and process are under effective control. In this audit, no serious non-conformity is found, and we passed the IATF16949 supervision and audit.
