On 30th April, the total production volume and delivery of Type III alternators of CHCD DN Motor Manufacturing Centre successfully exceeded one million units.
Since the establishment of DN Motor Manufacturing Centre, it has been committed to innovation and research and development, and has been continuously promoting the improvement and optimization of motor manufacturing technology to meet the market demand. Since the arrival of the first Type III alternator production line equipment at the site on 1 June 2021, it has gone through many challenges such as equipment installation and commissioning, equipment trial operation, and motor trial production.
With the joint efforts of the engineering team and equipment manufacturers, the company overcame many difficulties and successfully completed the production of the PV prototype on 26th August of the same year, achieving the leap from nothing to something. After the engineering team continuously optimized the equipment, production line and tooling, on 18th January 2022, the first qualified alternator came off the production line successfully.
How to transform the production line into the maximum productivity, quickly solve the problems of small stops of equipment, life of tooling, optimization of procedures, error prevention of equipment, etc. in the process of mass production, to achieve large-scale mass production and create economic benefits for the company has become a problem that the engineering team needs to be solved urgently.
All members of the team concentrated their efforts, worked hard, drew drawings, repaired tooling, adjusted equipment, overcame one difficulty after another, and delivered the first batch of 3,200 qualified motors to the customers on 8 August 2022, which was highly praised by the overseas customers. As of 30th April 2024, a total of 1.03 million units of Type III alternators have been completed, creating an output value of more than 300 million RMB, and successfully completed the switching task of 87 varieties of all Type III alternators from Denso.
