In celebration of International Women’s Day, the CHCD Labor Union organized a women’s tug-of-war competition to honor all female employees, convey the company’s care, and showcase the strength and vitality of women in the workforce. Female employee teams from various departments gathered on the field, uniting their efforts through competition and camaraderie to celebrate this vibrant occasion.
The atmosphere at the competition was intense, with cheers and chants echoing throughout. As the whistle blew, the participants gripped the rope tightly, lowering their center of gravity, and worked together with determination.
