In the professional manufacturing field, we insist on the combination of original imported key components and independent research and development, and implement intelligent transformation of 30 professional production lines through the four-dimensional driving strategy of ‘process improvement as the basis, process layout as the focus, information management as the means, and lean management as the core’. Especially in the generator stator production unit, the innovative application of original industrial robot clusters, to achieve the full automation of the whole process from winding, dipping paint to final assembly.
Relying on 15 fully automated generator production lines and 18 groups of original robot workstations, the company has built an industry-leading automated production system. This system has increased the efficiency of generator assembly by 40%, and the annual production capacity has exceeded 10 million sets. In the core process, 269 sets of original high-precision CNC equipment ensure the micron-level machining precision of generator parts. The company is equipped with 221 sets of original testing instruments and 63 sets of professional testing equipment, which builds a quality assurance system for the whole life cycle of generators.
