Established in 1966 and fully owned by China Changan Automobile Group (CCAG), CHCD is one of Asia’s leading OEM manufacturers of rotating electrical systems. We deliver advanced electric solutions across a wide range of applications, including new energy vehicles, conventional fuel vehicles, motorcycles, agricultural and construction machinery, forklifts, and marine systems.

Our portfolio covers starters, alternators, wiper motors, new energy drive motors, motorcycle magnetos, and fan motors. Providing our partners with competitive products such as Alternators, Starters, Lithium batteries, Wiper Assy, is what we have been doing. CHCD currently employs over 1,660+ qualified professionals and provide dozens of famous automotive factories with OEM service.

Leveraging the strong strength of its parent company, CCAG represents a significant performance on the world stage in 2025: it achieved over 2.91 million vehicle deliveries throughout the year, ranked 338th in the Fortune Global 500, and recorded an annual output value exceeding 50 billion US dollars, providing solid support for the coordinated development of the industrial chain’s upstream and downstream sectors. In 2025, CHCD achieved annual operating revenue of approximately 36.05 million US dollars, representing an 18.3% year-on-year growth, compare to 2024. The outstanding performance in 2025 has opened up broader prospects for the CHCD’s future development.

Since 2013, CHCD has been deeply engaged in Hairpin flat wire motor technology, with 12 years of accumulated experience in the R&D and manufacturing of new energy motors.

Our independently developed new energy vehicle range extender generator achieves technological breakthroughs in electromagnetic design, thermal management, NVH control and mechanical strength, delivering industry-leading overall performance.

Hairpin technology is currently widely applied in: Automotive alternators, automotive starter motors, new energy drive motors, new energy range extender motors, and automotive steering motors.
